End User License Agreement (EULA)

eGFR Calculator Pro

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Reda Brahimi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the eGFR Calculator Pro application ("Application") on iOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

2.1 Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Use the Application on iOS devices associated with your Apple ID
• Make backup copies as permitted by iOS

2.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the Application

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Application, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and will remain, the exclusive property of Reda Brahimi. This EULA does not grant you any rights to Reda Brahimi' trademarks or service marks.

Your privacy is important to us. The Application processes medical calculations locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your health data or calculation results to external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling practices.

6. DEVICE SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. We recommend against jailbreaking your iOS device, as this may:

• Compromise your device's security features
• Make your device vulnerable to malware or malicious programs
• Cause the Application to malfunction or cease working entirely

7. INTERNET CONNECTION

Certain features of the Application may require an active internet connection. You are responsible for all data charges incurred through your mobile network provider or internet service provider when using the Application.

8. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

Reda Brahimi may, at its sole discretion:

• Provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Application
• Require you to accept updates to continue using the Application
• Modify or discontinue the Application at any time
• Change the terms of this EULA with notice

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• REDA BRAHIMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• REDA BRAHIMI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APPLICATION
• REDA BRAHIMI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MEDICAL DECISIONS MADE USING THE APPLICATION

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Reda Brahimi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Application is free of viruses or other harmful components

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reda Brahimi from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Application or violation of this EULA.

12. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you under this EULA will cease
• You must immediately stop using the Application
• You must delete all copies of the Application from your devices

13. APPLE APP STORE TERMS

This EULA is between you and Reda Brahimi only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services for the Application. If the Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Reda Brahimi is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Reda Brahimi regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

17. CHANGES TO THIS EULA

Reda Brahimi may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new EULA within the Application or on our website. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new EULA.
